Dr. Josue Andino (aka Dr. Awesome) is a wellness guru with more than a decade of experience. Dr. Andino is a Board -Certified Chiropractor who specializes in providing health care evaluations in, but not limited to, patients treatment and consultations in orthopedic evaluation, spinal anatomy, x-ray analysis, biomechanics, and several other specialties. In addition, he has expertise in physical fitness and body compassion evaluations and treatment. (Back by popular demand!)

Chef Ryan Alday is the Banquets & Catering Executive Chef Ryan Alday at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas. Chef boasts over 20 years of culinary experience in fine-dining restaurants and hotels throughout the United States.  After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY Ryan honed his craft under Michelin starred chefs such as Guenter Seeger in Atlanta and Alain Ducasse in New York City.   Ryan is passionate about reducing food waste and has taken a lead role in our food donation program with Three Square Food Bank to help feed the food-insecure in the Las Vegas community with surplus banquet food.

According to OSHA, work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) account for more than 30 percent of all nonfatal occupational injury and illness cases each year and impacting employers to the tune of $20 billion annually in direct workers’ compensation costs, some organizations are looking for ways to bolster their ergonomic strategies. This Stretch & Flex Program is a task-specific pre-shift stretching and warm-up exercises and can help acclimate the body for the demands of the active workday ahead.

Resistance bands are one of the most underrated workout tools out there. The best part of this resistance band praise is that they’re perfect for traveling. They’re small and light, meaning you can pack them in your carry-on and take them with you on the road. So the next time you find yourself without an adequate gym (an all-too-common occurrence for travelers), just take your resistance bands out and get after it in your hotel room or outside.
