Steve Holdsworth
Mr. Holdsworth is a 30 year veteran in the Industrial “automation” arena. He began his career at General Electric, where he joined the company’s Technical Sales Leadership Program (TSLP). Over the course of his professional tenure, Mr. Holdsworth has remained steadfast with his involvement in “cutting-edge” technology and services. As the Vice President – Strategic Initiatives for the Crescent Electric Supply Company, Mr. Holdsworth leads the businesses growth engines which include IoT, IIoT, and Industry 4.0. Crescent Electric Supply Company is one of the largest Electrical wholesalers in the United States. They have 160+ locations, in 28 states, and operate under Crescent Electric and the following banners: Stoneway Electric, Interstate Electric, BA Supply, Womack Electric, National Electric, & MESCO. Mr. Holdsworth routinely presents to customers and suppliers alike regarding the evolution of Industrial Manufacturing and the convergence of internet connectivity.

James Botek
James Botek is the Director of Product Development and Marketing for BlueWave Security, a leading access control manufacturer who pioneered the industry transition to IP addressable access control over a decade ago. James has over 20 years in the security industry ranging from being a Master Locksmith to co-founding Luxon Video to his current role at BlueWave Security which marries his technical skills with his entrepreneurial vision for access control and video innovation and product development. Most recently, James oversaw BlueWave Security’s roll-out of our BlueWave Video Sureveillance line. James’ past experience also includes being a college professor for courses on door locking hardware, IP based video and access control systems as well as 11 years prior experience as an Army drill instructor. His past board affiliations include: the DHI-NW chapter and LVIA (Low Voltage Industry Association) in the Pacific Northwest.
