Eric Abbott

Eric began his involvement in the Union Electrical Industry as an Apprentice in 1988. His work experience has transcended through the following roles: Apprentice electrician, Journeyman Electrician, Electrical Foreman, Electrical General Foreman, Superintendent, General Superintendent, Director of Field Operations, Director of Operations Training and Development and now has a current role of Superintendent – Performance planning and Scheduling.

Eric’s current role supports the overall development of a corporate Performance Planning and Scheduling program which has a foundation of Advanced Work Packaging and Work Face Planning. This program is modeled for the Electrical Contractor who needs the flexibility to support customers which are in a wide range of industries. Eric also supports direct project operations teams Performance Planning development, coaching and mentoring.
