Frank Piatt

Frank Piatt graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management. He joined NECA in 1999 as the Assistant Manager of the North Central Ohio Chapter and was promoted to Manager in 2000.

In 2003 Frank joined the National NECA staff as a Field Representative in the Eastern Region and is currently a Field Representative in the Southern region. Frank has responsibility of liaison to chapters in Florida, Georgia, North & South Carolina, Tennessee & Virginia concerning various NECA programs and labor relations. He promotes sound business management through advice, research and workshops. Additionally, he assists NECA Chapters in labor relations, negotiations and grievances, provides mediation services to the Council on Industrial Relations in Washington D.C. for NECA chapters.

Previously Frank was Operations Manager at the Schauer Group Insurance, Customer Service Rep. at Ohio Edison and Vice President of Piatt Mfg. Co. Machine Shop.
