Kate Blasius

Kate grew up in a construction family business, working closely with her father. She joined JRE in 2013 and has worked her way from a position as Human Resources Intern to the position she holds today of Communications Manager. In her time at J. Ranck Electric, Kate has worked on recruiting, onboarding, compensation, training, program development, and employee development. Kate was integral in developing Skilled Trades Night and remains enthusiastic about solving problems like the trades gap by starting the conversation and engaging people.
