Leticia Fedora

Leticia Fedora, General Manager of Great Service Forums℠, entered the electrical construction field with a radical change of careers. She left a successful management position in the retail optical business in order to enter electrical apprenticeship. Thereafter she began to compile an impressive record in many challenging assignments as both a union electrician and foreman. In time she was appointed to the local union examining board.  Meanwhile, she has for many years been an evening instructor for the apprenticeship program in Pittsburgh. Bringing in her field experience, she signs off on her audio podcasts for the NECA Service Network with a reminder to her audience of service electricians and technicians, “Although very few customers understand the work that you do, they all know how you made them feel while you were doing it.”
