Ryan Pendergraft

Ryan Pendergraft graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology.  He joined NECA as a staff associate in 1995.  He was the chapter manager at the Southeastern Line Constructor’s Chapter, North Louisiana Chapter, and Iowa Chapter.

In 2005, Ryan joined the National NECA staff as a Field Representative in the Southern Region.  Ryan has responsibilities that include the majority of chapters in Texas, as well as the Southeastern and Southwestern Line Chapters.

Ryan is an advocate for Foreman Training/Development, strong labor relations.  Ryan actively assists chapters in labor relations and provides mediation services for the Council on Industrial Relations.
