Scott Francis
Scott graduated from Augustana College and the University of Iowa with a M.S. in Inorganic Chemistry. Scott has been involved with the Safety Industry since 1991 and has extensive experience with the performance of protective apparel fabrics as well as protective apparel programs.
Scott has participated in a number of industry organizations, including Edison Electric Institute and National Safety Council-Utilities Division. He frequently addresses trade associations and groups regarding electric arc and flash fire hazards, body burn injury, the protective performance of flame resistant clothing, and related topics. He lives in the Chicago area with his wife and two sons.
