Stereotypes abound with each generation and culture clashes are common. Any time two or more generations work side by side, there can be differences in the approach to work and collaboration. This session will discuss key differences between the five generations in the workplace, what older and younger workers expect from their employer today and how to find, recruit, hire, retain and manage associates without losing your corporate culture or your focus.
