Steven Chesley
Steven Chesley graduated in 1977 from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology and graduated in 1986 from George Washington University with a Master of Business Administration.
Steve was hired by the Kansas City Chapter of NECA as an Assistant Manager from 1987 to 1991 and subsequently hired by the Dallas Chapter as an Executive Manager from 1991 to 1992 before being hired by the Quad Cities Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association in Davenport, IA from 1992 to 2012. Additionally, Steve served on the Government Affairs Committee of the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce from 1995 to 2011 and was active on several other Chamber of Commerce committees.

Steve has been serving as the Eastern Region Field Representative since 2012. His duties include instructing contractor members and NECA Chapters on matters relating to grievance handling, collective bargaining, membership recruitment, worker classifications and member services. He also works closely with IBEW Representatives on matters that can help expand market share and in helping to resolve labor relations issues at the local Chapter level.

Michael Bryant
Michael graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 1982 with a bachelors degree in Marketing and Economics. After graduating from college, he worked in convenience store management and sales prior to accepting a Staff Associate position with NECA in 1988 where he worked out of the Syracuse, New York office. In November of 1989, he became the Executive Director of the West Virginia – Ohio Valley Chapter, NECA, which had nine IBEW local Unions/NECA Divisions, covering portions of Kentucky, Ohio & West Virginia. In June of 2001, he accepted a position as the Executive Director of the Monterey Bay California, Chapter NECA. The Chapter’s area included one IBEW Local Union/NECA Division covering Monterey, Santa Cruz and San Benito Counties of California.
Michael Bryant has been serving as a Field Representative for the Northern California Region of NECA’s Western Region since September of 2007. He works with eight NECA Chapters, eleven IBEW Local Unions and three IBEW I.O. Representatives focusing on labor relations, improving the competitive position of signatory contractors, facilitating the delivery of NECA services and promoting the use of industry best practices.

Ian Andrews
Ian Andrews graduated from Blackburn College in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. He joined NECA in 2012 with the Illinois Chapter, starting as the NEBF coordinator before becoming the Assistant Chapter Manager.
Ian joined the NECA Staff in 2017 as a Field Representative for the Midwestern Region. He currently services six NECA Chapters in Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota working with 18 IBEW Local Union jurisdictions and four IBEW I.O. Representatives.

David E. Roberts
David E. Roberts has been working as a Field Rep for NECA in the Southern Region for the past 17 years. Over 17 years he’s helped to solve problems for NECA contractors in almost every facet of the electrical construction business. His prior experience before coming to NECA was working as an estimator and field Coordinator in the Petro Chemical industry. David received his degree from LSU in Construction Management.
