There are many best practices used in the documentation process that can benefit your company and mitigate risks. The timeliness and quality of your documentation along with follow-up and acknowledgement is critical to protecting your company. This session will identify who should be involved with your documentation process and how documentation can affect your reputation and the customer experience.

  • Jeremy Rowley

    Jeremy Rowley is Project Management Director at J. Ranck Electric, a leading electrical contractor in Michigan. Jeremy grew up in the industry; his father was a small electrical contractor. Jeremy joined the IBEW in 1998 and has worked as an apprentice, journeyman, foreman, project manager, and currently leads a team of 14 project managers in his role as Project Management Director. He is an active Electri Council member and values sharing best practices among contractors. In his 14 years at J. Ranck Electric, he has earned the respect of tradespeople and management alike by leading humbly, teaching, and always looking for an opportunity to improve. Jeremy strives for the absolute best, balancing productivity and profit with work processes.
