Recent efforts to identify key areas for innovative technology deployments have been in place to develop solutions that meet business needs. This session will discuss how these technologies are implemented and measured. In addition, the audience will learn how data-driven feedback and the value proposition process is created.

  • Fred Meeske

    Fred Meeske is the corporate director for BIM services at Rosendin Electric. A 100% employee owned electrical contracting and design firm -with offices worldwide. Rosendin Electric offers a full range of electrical installation and design services such as. Biotech/Pharmaceutical, Data Centers, Education, Entertainment, Heavy Industrial, Hotels, High Tech, Healthcare, Solar, Wind, Institutional & Telecom.

    His current role within the organization is to work with other company leadership to aid in technology development, training and implementation for company staff, promote the adoption and use for best practices along with providing the technical support staff consisting of over 200 Modelers, Coordinators, Detailers and Developers needed to carry out the companywide BIM modeling and project coordination initiatives.

    Over his 36-year electrical career, he has held many positions from field electrician, PLC advanced systems programmer, preconstruction services, chief estimator, field superintendent, division manager & business owner. He is extremely passionate about the electrical industry and working with others to improve utilization of technology for reducing field installation costs and improving customer satisfaction and safety.

  • Jose Samaniego

    Jose has been with Rosendin for four years and started out as a BIM modeler before being promoted to a Lead Modeler where he lead many projects and teams. He soon presented his interest in the AR/VR industry which led to his current position as the BIM Technology Support Development Lead. In his current position he is tasked with finding and developing solutions to the many issues that our field teams face by utilizing AR/VR to help improve job workflow and quality.

  • Jad Chalhoub

    Jad recently joined Rosendin after completing his PhD at Arizona State University. His work focuses on planning for the implementation of emerging technologies and identifying areas for improving current processes. He also leads the effort for data collection and analysis to quantify and optimize the performance of the different technological solutions.
