Technology contractors and integrators who get face time with clients have an increased opportunity to close business. During those interactions, sales representatives, account managers, project managers and estimators may have opportunities to speak about benefits associated with the systems and products being proposed. This session will accurately answer questions regarding technology infrastructure benefits and will better prepare for facing clients who are asking technology benefit questions.

  • Gene Conway

    Gene Conway’s IT infrastructure career path has included positions in structured cabling installation, project management, sales, curriculum development and technical training. He has developed and presented over 220 programs on telecommunication topics throughout the United States and in Canada, Mexico and Venezuela.

    Gene has presented programs for: electrical contractor associations, the IBEW, community colleges, BICSI, NECA, government entities and enterprise businesses. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has delivered educational webinars.

    Gene is currently employed as Vice President of Sales for Tricomm Services Corporation, a regional IT infrastructure  contractor.  Gene hold a Bachelors degree from Temple University and is a BICSI Registered Communication Distribution Designer (RCDD)
